By downloading, installing, or using Tigris (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Tigris is a calorie and macro nutrient tracking application for iOS. The App uses on-device artificial intelligence (Apple Foundation Models) to help you log food entries and track your nutritional intake. All processing occurs locally on your device.
The App does not require account creation, login, or registration. All data you enter into the App — including food entries, weight measurements, and profile information — is stored locally on your device using Apple’s SwiftData framework. Your data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Xylo Software LLC. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
The App is intended for general informational and tracking purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutritional estimates generated by the App’s AI features are approximate and may not be accurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes or health decisions. Do not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice.
The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Xylo Software LLC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any content or nutritional data will be accurate, reliable, or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xylo Software LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Upon deletion, all locally stored data is removed.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be reflected by a revised effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
